Hi, I’m Niki, Founder of Trailblazing Females.

With a background in business growth and years of experience in strategy and consultancy, I’ve spent my career helping businesses scale, evolve, and succeed. Before launching my own business, I worked as a category buyer in the fast-paced retail world, where I learned how to balance commercial results with big-picture thinking.

But along the way, I saw something many people don’t talk about.

I know that success can look great on a spreadsheet and still feel heavy behind the scenes. I saw too many brilliant women losing their spark to the day-to-day grind. Too many brilliant women end up caught in the day-to-day, juggling everything, losing sight of the bigger vision, and wondering why something that once felt exciting now feels heavy.
