Booking T&Cs

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all bookings made with Trailblazing Females (“we”, “us”, “our”), founded by Niki Matyjasik. By completing a booking you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and we have issued a confirmation email.

  • Places at events are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis. Some offers (for example the Mastermind Day) have a capped number of seats.

  • Our events and community are designed for women in business. If any event is women-only, the single-sex wording should be checked against the Equality Act before publishing.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

  • All prices are quoted plus VAT, charged at the prevailing rate. 

  • Payment is taken in full at booking via our payment provider (Stripe), unless a payment plan is offered for a specific product.

4. Cancellations and reschedules

  • Your right to cancel or reschedule, and any refund, is governed by our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  • All cancellation and reschedule requests must be made in writing. The date we receive your written request is the date used to calculate any refund.

5. If we change or cancel

  • If we cancel an event, you'll be offered a transfer to the rescheduled date or a full refund of the amount paid.

  • If we change the date, time or venue, you'll be told as soon as possible and may transfer to the new date or request a full refund.

  • We can't reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs arranged around an event.

6. Membership (TF Online)

These terms apply to the Trailblazing Females Online monthly membership. Founding rate £20 + VAT for the first 25 members, £30 + VAT thereafter.

  • Membership is rolling and billed monthly from each member's own join date, not a shared billing date.

  • Existing active members will be given 60 days written notice of any price change. The founding rate is held only while membership remains continuously active.

  • If memberships are paused, you will lose your founder member rate. 

  • If you are looking to pause your membership for a period of time, please note, we aren’t able to offer ‘paused’ membership due to our tech system, however if you would like to pause for a period of time, and would like to keep your founder rate, please contact Niki direct by emailing niki@trailblazingfemales.co.uk

  • Membership cancellation mechanics are in the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.

7. Conduct, photography and confidentiality

  • Photographs and film may be taken at events for marketing, and by attending you consent unless you tell us in advance you'd prefer not to appear.

  • For small-group sessions such as the Mastermind Day, a confidentiality expectation: what's shared in the room stays in the room.

8. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't be limited by law.

  • Beyond that, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Your statutory rights

  • Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

  • Bookings for dated events (Networking Collective, Evening Series, Garden Party, Mastermind Day) are leisure services on a specific date and are exempt under UK law from the automatic 14-day “cooling-off” right, so the terms in our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy apply.

  • The membership and 1:1 services may carry a statutory 14-day cancellation right.

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published at the time of your booking.
